I had an issue with a new pair of boots and returned to the store - instead of having to wait for a repair I was given a new pair on the spot. Very unexpected. - and very welcome in a day and age when I thought service was dead. Thanks Matt. Very happy.

I visited the CBD store after work looking to replace a pair of dress boots. I was assisted by Jonathan, and after explaining the concerns I held around my current shoes he proceeded to explain the various offerings available. I was most impressed that he didn't immediately jump to the highest price point, nor the lowest. He explained the reasoning for his recommendation in a clear way and how the selection addressed my requirements. Following a committed sale, Jonathan then explained a current sale that proceeded to secure and additional purchase. Not stopping there they offered to have the shoes delivered. My experience was exemplary from start to finish. Thank you.

I’ve been buying shoes from Aquila for many years, and they never disappoint. I visited the Brisbane City store this morning to pick up a pair of black work shoes, and the service was an easy 12/10. Huge shoutout to Luke for looking after me on price and making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Super friendly staff, great quality shoes, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend, go see for yourself!

Massive thanks to Leo! I needed shoes for my wedding and managed to get 2 pairs. Leo was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole experience. Beyond excellent shoes, this store is blessed with top-tier staff! Huge shoutout Leo and Matt—they are amazingly helpful, super friendly, and incredibly professional. They managed my insane request of tracking down and moving a pair of shoes across three different stores, in three different states, and did it seamlessly. Honestly, if I could give them six stars, I would! Thanks for everything guys. It seems that moving forward, all my shoes will be Aquila Brisbane CBD!

Some of the best service I’ve seen in a long time. Matt (I believe) was very professional, very helpful, knowledgeable with a great attitude. He brought some insightful ideas and made my shopping experience that much more enjoyable. I would certainly come back to Australia, even if it’s just to shop at that store.

We had such a wonderful experience shopping here for our wedding. Leo was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable from the moment we walked in. We must have tried on half the shoes in the store, and he took the time to help us find the perfect options without ever making us feel rushed. The store has a fantastic selection of shoes, with beautiful designs and a range of price points. We ended up purchasing a pair of loafers for our wedding weekend and a pair of dress shoes for the wedding itself, and we couldn't be happier with them. The quality of the shoes is exceptional, and the craftsmanship really stands out. Honestly, loved the shoes so much, I wish they did a range of women's shoes! A big thank you to Leo for making the whole experience so enjoyable. We left feeling confident in our choices and genuinely excited to wear our shoes. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality footwear and outstanding service. We will be back with a post wedding review :)

Dear Aquila Team Me and my brother (Nathan and Chris) came into the store expecting to walk out empty handed, and we did. HOWEVER we did purchase shoes in a different location that Leo, one of your best staff, helped us out with. We had a strict deadline which we needed the shoes by and Leo went out of his way to schedule a time and place, even calling up other members of the team and seeing if anyone was available. Leo provided exceptional customer service, allowed us to take our time and found a solution that worked best for us.
